These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rusom-ai.com and all associated sub-domains, products, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RUSOM E-com International Private Limited ("RUSOM AI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Services

RUSOM AI provides AI-powered technology solutions including but not limited to:

• IT Act 2025 Platform: Tax information, AI chatbot, calculators, TDS tracker, CBDT alerts, PDF reports, Excel tools, client communication kit
• Premium Services: Subscription-based access to advanced features at ₹99/month + GST
• Super Premium Services: AI Tax Notice Reply Generator, AI Case Law Research Engine, Smart AIS Mismatch Analyzer at ₹499/month + GST
• Other Products: MARS, KIRA, DOST AI, SaathiO, Agentic AI services

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). The total payable amount includes the base subscription fee plus 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9% for Haryana subscribers, or IGST 18% for others).

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

3.3 Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be automatically emailed to your registered email address after each successful payment. Invoices are generated with sequential numbering and include all required details under GST law.

3.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days of payment for resolution. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on rusom-ai.com are owned by RUSOM E-com International Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice to third parties
• Exceed usage limits for Super Premium features (15 notice replies, 30 case law queries, 10 AIS analyses per month)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUSOM AI and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold RUSOM AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
