Our Story

RUSOM AI was born from a simple belief: that artificial intelligence should be accessible, practical, and transformative — not just for large enterprises, but for every business, every professional, and every individual willing to embrace the future.

Founded by Someshwar Singh, RUSOM AI is a brand of RUSOM E-com International Private Limited, headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana. What started as an AI consulting practice has grown into a full-stack AI product company serving clients across India, the Middle East, the United States, Europe, and Singapore.

Today, RUSOM AI builds cutting-edge AI products that solve real-world problems — from helping doctors manage clinics (DOST AI) to empowering chartered accountants with AI-powered tax tools (IT Act 2025 Platform), from conducting sophisticated market research (MARS) to automating HR workflows (KIRA).

Someshwar Singh — Founder & Managing Director, RUSOM AI | Co-Founder, RUSOM Business Management Pvt. Ltd.

Someshwar Singh is a management professional with over a decade of leadership experience spanning HR consulting, recruitment, business management, and AI technology.

Background

A graduate in Psychology, Someshwar went on to complete his MBA (Post Graduate Program in Executive Leadership & Advanced Program in Executive Leadership). He began his career at Quess Corp Ltd. as a consultant, where he built expertise in talent acquisition, workforce solutions, and large-scale client management across industries including BFSI, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Automobile, and IT.

His hands-on experience in scaling operations and managing client portfolios gave him a firsthand understanding of the operational inefficiencies that businesses face — inefficiencies that would later become the problems he set out to solve with AI.

Entrepreneurial Journey

Someshwar founded RUSOM E-com International Private Limited, the parent company of RUSOM AI, with a vision to make artificial intelligence accessible and practical for small and medium enterprises. What started as an AI consulting practice has since evolved into a full-stack AI product company with a growing portfolio of products and a global client base.

He also co-founded RUSOM Business Management Private Limited, which focuses on recruitment, staffing solutions, and business process management services — combining his HR expertise with modern technology to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.

What He Brings to RUSOM AI

Someshwar's unique strength lies in bridging the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. As a non-technical entrepreneur who builds technical products, he understands the language of both the boardroom and the developer workspace. He personally oversees the product vision, architecture, and quality of every RUSOM AI product — from AI voice agents to the IT Act 2025 platform, from clinic management solutions to market research tools.

His background in psychology and executive leadership informs his approach to product design: every RUSOM AI product is built with the end user's workflow, pain points, and decision-making patterns in mind. This human-first approach to AI development is what differentiates RUSOM AI from purely technology-driven companies.
